Lithium-Ion batteries used in VIEVU cameras have a limited number of charge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced after several years of service. If you find that the battery will only power the camera for a couple hours, VIEVU will replace the battery for a service fee.

Will The Videos On My Camera Be Preserved?
No. The videos will be lost when the battery is replaced. Please ensure that the camera has been downloaded before returning the unit to VIEVU for service.

Can I Replace My Own Battery?
No. Access to the battery is not available to customers.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Serviced Camera?
Battery Replacement service will take approximately one month from the date we receive the camera. Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
