Warranty & Repair Instructions
1. Contact VIEVU
and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship the product to VIEVU. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. The original packaging
is recommended to prevent damage during transport.
3. VIEVU will provide email updates during the service process.

All products must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Review the Warranty Policy
for warranty details and policy information. Please make every attempt to download any videos on your camera before sending it to VIEVU. If requested, VIEVU will make its best efforts to recover the videos for you and safeguard your evidence. However, VIEVU is not responsible for any videos or evidence on a camera that is shipped to us. If videos are recovered, we will make an exact copy of the video files and return them to your agency via certified mail to ensure a chain of evidence.
