Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations

This position will play an important role in driving growth for VIEVU, a leader in the police body worn camera industry and now part of The Safariland Group. The ideal candidate will design and deliver insightful reports to sales and senior executives to give clear visibility into the sales process and pipeline.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help a fast growing company expand the adoption and use of police body-worn cameras nationwide helping to create safer communities
  • Work with senior management to generate valuable insight from sales and sales opportunity data
  • Monitor competitive environment and help generate competitive strategy
  • Develop, generate, and track regular sales scorecards and reports
  • Manage the sales pipeline evaluation and prioritization process, seeking continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with both inside sales team and outside distributors to maximize performance vs opportunities
  • Help to drive regular planning processes including budgeting, quota-setting and territory alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and improve sales and marketing collateral
  • Support other strategic initiatives on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analysis, management consulting, or a related field
  • Strong Excel competency
  • Demonstrated experience in detailed data analysis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to assume leadership role
  • Facility with CRM software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Inside Sales Manager – Public Safety Sales

Status: Full Time, Employee
Career Level: Experienced (Public Safety Sales) or equivalent
Location: Seattle, Washington
Education Level: High School Degree or GED

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with our current customer base to provide sales assistance, re-establishing and strengthening our relationships with our existing customers.
  • Call potential prospects that may have an interest in Body Worn Video. Determine interest, qualify and establish product evaluations
  • Assist department personnel that are evaluating our products.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to accurately forecast sales
  • Computer Skills – Experienced with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Programs
  • Ability to maintain records in company CRM, experience with NetSuite CRM a plus.
  • Previous law enforcement or public safety experience a plus.
  • Must be a team player

Regional Sales Manager – Public Safety Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Sales

    • Prospecting, such as cold calling and the use of other conventional methods
    • Support and education of department personnel during evaluations
    • Contact and follow up with current customer base
    • In person and web based sales presentations

Channel Partner Management

    • Training of channel partners sales team
    • Support of channel partners sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Ability to accurately forecast sales
  • Computer Skills – Experienced with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Programs
  • Ability to maintain records in company CRM, experience with NetSuite CRM a plus.
