Technical Support Analyst

Status: Full Time, Employee
Career Level: Experienced (1-5 years)
Location: Seattle, WA
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years prior experience in customer service/technical support.


This position provides technical support to customers, vendors, and retail partners via phone and email. This includes troubleshooting general product and software issues, facilitating returns and documenting resolution steps. This position’s primary responsibility is to assist in all technological aspects of customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research problems and questions using available information resources
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track problems, requests and resolutions
  • Issue and process RMA returned products
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems ( XP, Vista, 7, 8 ) and Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012. Experience a plus. 
  • Experience with webpage programing using HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  • A+ Certification is a plus.

Regional Sales Manager – Public Safety Sales

Status: Full Time, Employee

Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Sales

Implementation Manager

Leveraging your strong technical and white-glove customer service aptitude, you’ll be responsible for the successful deployment of VIEVU’s body worn camera and evidence management system during the police agency’s test & evaluation and rollout stages. 



  • Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and internal / external resources, to ensure VIEVU is delivered within both time and cost constraints
  • Play a critical role in optimizing the agency’s trouble-free, test & evaluation experience
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert during the lifecycle of the sales engagement including providing RFP support, delivering onsite and remote product presentations, creating materials and facilitating product training, and collecting customer feedback
  • Domestic travel to client sites and trade events required

Experience / Skills:

  • Quick learner and strong comfort level with wearables, software, and mobile applications
  • Flawlessly multi-task and manage multiple resources across concurrent client implementation projects
  • Deliver engaging group and 1:1 presentation skills to ensure optimal end-user product knowledge 
  • Transparent communication both internally and to the client on project status is critical
  • Previous project management experience with the deployment of software-as-a-service platform is ideal, but willing to coach the right individuals with strong computer/technology, communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Salesforce, and NetSuite
  • Ability to domestically travel to client sites and trade events
